The recent concert of American Idol season 7 finalists David Cook and David Arhculeta sold out it’s 50,000 tickets and early estimates reveal a total of over 115,000 in and around the concert grounds. I think Filipinos have just adopted the two as one of them — especially Archuleta who’s genuineness and positivity seems to strike common ground with a lot of pinoys.

I bet you, if Archie dared CNN and Ashton Kutcher in a race to a million twitter fans (heck 2 million followers), he’d get there in a jiffy just coz we pinoys are the most all-out fans in the world.

At the end of the one night only event David Archuleta even managed to post a quick video over at his official YouTube site, TheOfficialArchuleta, thanking all the pinoys who came and the support he’s gotten over at other countries Singapore, Malaysia and UK.
